Oven Cleaner Plus - 11791

A highly concentrated liquid cleaner for removal of most common contaminations in food processing industry.

Easily and effectively removes contaminations of vegetable and animal fats and oils, proteins and other similar contaminations. Due to these properties, it is excellent for cleaning smoking cabinets, exhausts, working benches, ovens

and other devices.

Suggested use / Application Process

When using the product for the first time, test it on a less visible spot.

- Dilution ratios depend on:

• Type and amount of contamination
• Equipment used
• Water temperature and pressure

- The product may be diluted up to a maximum of 1:30 with water.

- Apply to the object to be cleaned.

- Allow it to work for some time (do not let it dry!).

- Flush thoroughly with plenty of water.

• Always flush used equipment with fresh water.
