Soot Lock / Coating DOV - 91311

Water-based fixative based on acrylic resin dispersion. Used as a primer layer for latex paints. Suitable for absorbent or powdery indoor surfaces like cement, plaster, concrete, and bricks. Nearly odourless, colourless, breathable, and quick drying.

Suggested use / Application Process

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust and grease
• Repair cracks or damaged areas beforehand
• Remove or stabilize any loose or unstable layers
• Stir well before use
• Apply undiluted in one coat with a brush or fleece roller
• Coverage: approx. 6–10 m² per litre (depends on surface absorption)
• Drying time: 1 hour at 23°C and 65% humidity
• Recoatable after approx. 4 hours
