Rust Remover 1-1

Industrial rust remover based on organic acids and surfactants. Easily removes rust and dirt from all metal surfaces. Thanks to the unique composition the rust layer is converted into a phosphate layer, which provides a temporary protection against renewed rusting. This layer has a life time of a couple of days, depending on the storage conditions. The treated surface or object can be easily repainted. Does not contain hydrochloric acid.

Suggested use / Application Process

• Test prior to use on an inconspicuous place.
• Maximum dilution: 1:3, depending on:
• Nature and extent of the pollution
• Type of equipment used
• Water temperature and pressure
• Apply using one of the following methods:
• Brushing
• Immersion (as a liquid bath)
• Allow some contact time.
• After treatment, let the excess product drip off and air-dry.
• Always clean used equipment thoroughly with plenty of water.
